Just got this info re David Grissom's new (and first) CD...

Greetings friends. After a long wait I am finally sending out my first newsletter and letting you know about the release of my first solo CD entitled "Loud Music". I actually have already received it, and to be honest I am quite disapointed. It's rather average, as regards to songwriting. Even teh production is not great. I used to dig his playing with Storyville, but this one will gather some dust on a shelf I'm afraid.
Will give it a second chance though, just in case...

I have only heard the clips so I can't comment yet. If you liked his Storyville stuff check out the new live 2 CD/DVD set they have out. Good stuff.
