Jean Constant you have to figure out that you're in the key of C melodic minor , so stack the thirds and you'll find CmM7, Dm7,EbM7#5, F7 Here we are.
Now you'll understand that u canmake whatever u want granted it sounds cool...

Itis not harmonic minor = D is m7b5 & F is minor.
