hi,
In a few weeks I will have my "year ending" exam as a music/guitarstudent. And ofcourse being a Robben Ford fan I will be doing some of his songs, indianola blues and Don't let me be misunderstood this time.
Just for inspiration I always like to listen to live recordings. The thing is, I had this GREAT live video version of 'Don't let me be misunderstood' on my computer. But I think I accidentally deleted it, or it just got lost in cyberspace somehow.
If I remember correctly I got this video from a link once posted on this forum. I used the search function but can't find it anymore. My question now is, does anybody have this video or link to it. Or another live version of this song (video or mp3). And can send it to me?
ps
Oh last year I did Robben's song 'Freedom' it's still on youtube if anyone is interested.

yes it is. And a great thank Pierre, i've never seen this one and that's a great one. Well i know life is just a matter of keeping ahead, or just like surf : riding the wave. But i keep being nostalgic of the Blue Line period,
just seeing this clip made me realize how Tom Brechtlein is a gift to drums. |

yes, I am also wowed by all the incredible work that was done during the blue line
days. I never got to see him/them except when he was doing the harmonica blowout thing with andy just, mark ford, chris cain and the rest of the old south bay gang.
the blue line wasn't with robben for that gig but it was during that era.
by the time i got re-interested in robben he had moved on. snooze ya loose. |

I've been groovin' to "Robben Ford and The Blue Line" CD the past few weeks.
What a hot album this is!!!
I think "Prison of Love" is my new favorite Robben tune!
