...found this interesting, and also demonstrates how robbens influence has spread, a great effort by her, hands down i couldn't do it...
...i have the feeling she may have done the backing track herself too...
...also shows how complicated a tune this really is, at least to me anyway, one of my favourite robben tracks too:

It has been a while since I listened the clip (I cannot do that here in office), but I have recollection that she plays the song over Robben's playing and not over backing track, per se. It is still very impressive. And if it is over backing track, it's really, really impressive.
And then I'd like to have that backing track, too!! |

Slavish impersonations never floated my boat but it's quite a feat of memory, assuming she wasn't reading from a score. The one thing these people never really get is the emotion and fluidity that sits behind the piece; if I could play with something approximating Robben's feel and touch, I'd be happy to miss a few of the trickier notes or runs.
The scary thing is that the girl in the video is clearly quite young and at that age, I was struggling to get three chords out in a row...........these darned kids have got no right putting us old farts to shame like this...... |

OK ... I'll take that back ... I listened album version and her version. It's not the Tiger Walk track; I don't hear Robbens rhythm guitar during ii7 chord (Gmin7) of intro.
So, color me really, really impressed!! |

So, if it's really a backing track, where did it come from? I'd love to have it, and others... |

... so they say... and it's true!
The Korean girl gently answered back sending me the backing track.
It's a 5 meg .mp3 file. PM me and I'll send you the file attached to an e-mail.
