Robben Ford Discussion

On Robben's website is information about 2 Clinics next month in Germany. I surely want to go to one of them, but I have to plan this in my busy schedule. I tried to registrate. So far no replies, not from the management, neither the links mentioned on the website Sad

. Is the there anyone who got through this wall and can lead me to one of those Clinics?

This is what I received from Robben's management yesterday: In the next day or so, you should be able to register and pay for the clinic on Robben's web site www.robbenford.com. In my case the registration is done Very Happy

The registration is completed!

At last I'm going to tend my first clinic by the master. Not a bad start for a sunny saturnday!

Can't believe I'm going to be at a guitar clinic with Robben. I will attend the one in Cologne in may... Wow, just pretty excited right now:)

Last Saturday I attend this Clinic with Robben. I was thinking about writing a brief review. But all the reviews on Robben's website are true. If you have the chance to attend this Clinic, just go for it. It's great and brought so much for my playing. Thanks to Robben, a very gifted musician and teacher.

Indeed, indeed!! I spent my last saturnday next to Henk on the front row of a small venue in Cologne. It was amazing! Henk is right! The energy and inspiration you get from such a clinic is mega! Robben is a very cool guy and very modest about his music and his playing. Music is the true language of the human spirit!

Yes. It started at 10:00 in the morning, and ended at 17:00.

Did you guys take a guitar to the clinic as per the students in the Art of blues rhythm DVD? I've got a place on an Italian clinic and am wondering if I should take a guitar. I can't wait!

Yes, everyone had his (best) electric guitar with him. But only Robben was plugged in to an amp. Your own (unplugged) guitar is usefull for some of the excersises Robben brought with him. Enjoy the Clinic in Italy. Curious about your experience.
