Thanks -- that is really cool !!

I've seen several videos Robben playing Strat but I've never seen him play one with bridge humbucker, I think. Sounds really cool during latter half. I actually dig that wet chorus tone -- it somewhat reminds me Mike Landau's tone from mid to late eighties on some bootlegs I've heard.

I think he quotes song Making Whopee around 2:30 and that lick around 3:30 is familiar but I cannot remember where I've heard him play it.

Love it, thanks! I miss that tone, as well... Robben used it a lot when I heard him in clubs in LA in the 80's. Slight compression, slight chorus, slight delay, dumble with a 2x12. He played a strat sometimes the whole night. Don't recall seeing an HSS set up.

Robben always has had great tone, no matter when.
