I noticed the "Whats Robben listening to" thread, so lets have "What we listening to", Im sure Robben and Dave would be curious.

In my car is......

Aerial Boudaries - Micheal Hedges
Amandla - Miles Davis
Audioslave - Audioslave
You cant do that on stage anymore vol 6 - Frank Zappa
Physical Graffiti - Led Zeppelin

Got to be honest the Zep CD goes straight to Kashmir and goes on repeat play Smile

This new (2002) car has an in dash Bose 6 CD changer so here's what's been blasting this week . . .

Robben - Mystic Mile
Bonnie Hayes - Love In the Ruins
EWB - Engorged With Blood
Steve Kirk - Voodoo Vince
Carl Verheyen - SIX
Sonny Landreth - Levee Town

For me these hang together. Next I'll probably do a Beatles binge!

Cassette one:
Larry Carlton - Last Nite (lives there, hasn't been out in years)
Robben - Handful of blues
Terry Hiatt - Big Science (local guitarist)
Larry Carlton - Saphire Blue
Hilary Jones - Soaring (with our friend Robben on guitar)
Robben - Blue Moon

Cassette two:
Jackey Terrason - A' Paris
Cleveland Quartet - Borodin Nocturne
John Mayer - first album, can't remember the name
Jing Chi - Live at Yoshis
Miles - Steamin' with the Miles Davis Quintet
Robben - Keep on Running

I know, too much guitar, but my prized LP's that I listen to at home won't fit in the player Confused

No cd stacker, but have an cd player in the car that plays mp3 cd's, so I normally dump a whole bunch of cd's down to the PC and burn one CD which keeps me going for a while. The current bunch is:

Keep on Running - RF
Authorised Bootleg - RF
Room For Squares - John Mayer
Absolutely Live in Poland - Frank Gambale
How did you find me here - David Wilcox
Still Alive - Stylus (one for the Aussies - Ron Peers = damn fine guitarist)
Carlton/Lukather Live in Tokyo
Live at the old Waldorf - Mike Bloomfield
Songs from the last Century - George Michael

This is going to be one of the more off the wall lists I am sure but here it goes.

Train of Thought-Dream Theater
Best of-BW Stevenson
Brian Setzer Orchestra-Brian Setzer
Blue Moon-Robben ford
Moving Pictures-Rush
The Project-Bobby Hargarther (Stuff I co-produced in my studio)
West Kings Highway-West Kings Highway (More stuff I am working on)
What Did He Say?-Victor Wooten
The Sun Don't Lie-Marcus Miller
Pontiac-Lyle Lovett
Lyle Lovett and his Large Band-Lyle Lovett

This is a sampling of what is in the car glovebox as I have a single CD deck in the Vette. Yes...I know....it is a strange list!

Ah yes, when I was in high school, it was a requirement to play guitar that you know both harmony parts for every song on this album. The dual guitar parts on Humble Pie live as well. How I miss two drummers and four guitarists jamming on In Memmory of Elizabeth Reed for two hours straight. Smile
