Hey all, I've been a big fan of Robben since late 80's when I checked out the Talk to your Daughter album. Collected all of his subsequent releases and dug around KC record shops for the earlier stuff, ie Tom Scott and the LA Cats, Ford Blues Band...
I recently read that he was passing through my old stomping grounds, Kansas City. Wish i could have been there. I've seen him perform at an art fair in St Joe, MO, Grand Emporium in KC, and Legends in Chicago. He is a favorite guitarist obviously.
Now I'm working as a peace corps volunteer in the caribbean. I am training kids and adults to use computers. It's a great job!
