Oh, I wish you guys could have heard the "East-West" that they did at Slim's in SF, then again in Santa Cruz. Not just a "taste," the whole four course plate, including wine and dessert! Fantastic! Looking forward to hearing it again in just a few weeks...I promise a full report.
