Robben Ford Discussion

Did Robben play at the Copenhagen Jazzfest as The Robben Ford Project supporting Little Feat? This was about 6-7th July. A friend was there and as he doesn't know much about Robben(fool) He asked if i could find out. Many thanks in advance.

As far as I know, the Project is just a RF cover band!

Apparently this is a cover group.

Little Feat called me and asked me to help them out with a fly date when we return from Norway (in August or September, I think?). My schedule is open the weekend they need me so I've consented to lend a hand.

Their production manager, Howard (longtime friend of Robben, Dal, and I) told me this 'Robben Ford Project' group had opened for them.

Dal told me he's heard of them, but it was quite a suprise to Robben when I told him.
