Hi,

Here are two small edits of Born Under a Bad Sign. I used my THD2X12 cab with THD Vintage speakers and my Fuchs "SLX" 100.

Baker RF on bridge.

First clip is all boosts on http://www.scottlernermusic.com/slx/BornUnderBadAmp1.mp3

No boosts on this one

Thanks for listening,

Scott

Scott,
Both were great clips, but I think I liked the first one, with all boosts, the best. You sounded like you enjoyed it more.

Well,
The playing was much more RF-esque in the the first clip, but I think I liked the tones on the 2nd one better. And it sounded more like you.

It's hard to decide which sounds better since the lines are so different.

Door number 2. Sounds more organic, while door number 1 sounds too processed for my ears.

I agree with Frank- both are great clips and hard to choose from, however, I pick #1, 51 to 49, because I liked the brightness of the highs better.

Thanks guys! I am making a few minor tuning adjustments that I think will really help... I'll record a bit more later today. Thanks for listening.

Both sound great. Its kind of like "Tastes great" or "Less Filling." Its nice that the Fuchs delivers both in spades. If I had to pick just one I'd say #2 because it is so thick & chewy.

davidS, you've gotta stop watching so much tv, and practice instead... Cool
