I saw this in the newspaper today and I couldn't resist sharing it
A fan of blues music, John T. Anderson, carved likenesses of famous blues musicians into pumpkins.
John T. Anderson, a fan of pure blues music, is known for intricate carving of blues legends including James Cotton, Muddy Waters and Luther "Guitar Jr." Johnson.
Anderson began his work to help promote a blues club in southern New Hampshire, the Rynborn Restaurant and Blues Club. "They thought I was nuts, that realistic artwork couldn't be done on a pumpkin. The first (pumpkin) I did was James Cotton. I brought it to the club, and the owner loved it," Anderson said.
