It's in 4, same tempo as the rest of the tune. The rhythms are just a little weird. Some half-note triplets in there, for example. You'll get it! |

"Rituals" is a tune written by Scott, and it's on the Tribal Tech album Nomad. He also recorded it more recently with his blues trio on Well to the Bone. |

Sounds cool! You might want to try making the bass note different from the melody note. On your example the bass is F-Ab-C#-D-F#, same as the melody line. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but so ... |
