Hey, My first post here. Scott is featured on a CD from Jazziz magazine this month. The site mostly advocates the music we loath, smooth jazz, but any exposure he can get has to be a plus. The cut is Xanax from the new live CD. I'm not affiliated with Jazziz, but I try to keep abreast of the anything to do with jazz fusion and they do acknowledge it sometimes. It is a shame that Scott can't make a buck touring outside of Europe and SoCal. Who knows, maybe this CD from Jazziz will be a springboard for some dates in places he hasn't played in awhile. I doubt it, but you never know. See link below. Take it easy, Dave

Wow, that's a miracle. That magazine usually doesn't even acknowledge the existence of west coast music. Smile

That disc has a surprisingly interesting selection of stuff. Bill Connors, Kurt Rosenwinkel, the Nels Cline Singers are hardly smooth jazz. It does open with Lee Ritenour, though...
