If you mean in a bad way, yes. This is probably the worst sounding amp ever made under the Marshall name. The "resonance" knob is a disaster - there isn't any number on that knob which will produce a good tone.
The sad thing is, this abomination replaced the original DSL 100, which sounds good. Luckily they made a ton of them so they're still easy to find on the road.
It's difficult to believe that a whole team of people think this thing sounds better than the original DSL. I really hate to see this happen to Marshall.
