Do you have a compressor plug in that you like for clean guitar to even it out and make it bigger sounding when you mix?

I hardy ever use compressors - I'm always playing through a boost or distortion pedal which have built-in compression. Alan Hertz uses the Waves API-2500 on bass & drums, and he used it very slightly on the Chelsea Bridge guitar track since it's totally clean.
