Hi Scott and all the forumers out there ,
This is my first poste to Scott and Its an honor for me to join you guys and got to read my favorite player , plus I just bought the last album Vibe station and its incredible !! thank you Scott for that album, can't stop listening to it!

I'm from france , and I know a really great player here who I think has copt a lot from you scott Phrasing wise , really a lot ! even the note choices , the touch and the use of vibrato is so worked out that sometimes I just think it's you playing ( no offense here of course ) , here are 2 videos : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0TyqoDHg_E

He's a good player for sure, and there are more and more of these guys popping up that I've never heard of. It's always great to see young modern jazz guitarists who'll keep the music alive.
