Hey Scott:

I'm not sure I'll be able to get the Suhr Silent System that they have now. What single coil WITH hum canceling WOULD you recommend? I KNOW this has been covered in past posts with Kinmans etc...but wondered if you had any recent recommendations...

Sorry Chris, I haven't heard any new noiseless pickups. I used DiMarzio 2.2's on my live record, then switched to Kinmans because I thought they had a little more bass.

One option you could try is the Fender style backplate which has the same noiseless system as the SSC 1. I put it on a few of my student's guitars and it really seems to work well.
