You made strong mention on guitar wank about a pedal that is supposedly going to kick the Klon's ass ( my words). Can you share any more on this? will be be introduced at NAMM? When is the official release date?
Sorry but I have to retract that statement - it's a great pedal but I won't be selling my Klon. The pedal is the Soul Driven - it has a mid control that's really useful and it's the best high gain pedal Xotic has made so far. I'm sure I'll use it in the studio but the Klon is still my favorite high gain pedal for recording, and the Maxon SD-9 has been on my live pedalboard for about 20 years. I've grown to believe that pedal is just irreplaceable.
