I just discovered something odd on wikiedia.
My jazz fusion culture is very thin, and as I was listening to Return To Forever on a music streaming platform, I decided to go on wikipedia and see who had been in that band over the years.

Then I found that Chick Corea gathered the band again in 2011, and guess who was in the band : Jean-Luc Ponty (the guy who warned you about Chick before you joined him).
Did you know that?
I haven't listened to the 2011 music yet, so I don't know if he came back to real composition,or if he's still doing commercial crap.
Maybe if you ask him gently, he'll take you back with him (just kidding!)

I knew that Jean-Luc played with Chick in the old days (that's why he warned me about the situation), but I didn't know he played with him again in 2011. I've lost track of Jean-Luc and don't know what he's doing now. Hopefully still touring - he's a great player.
