Hi Scott,
as you can hear Allan's been a guest on this podcast to discuss his upcoming releases: http://www.friendsofdanmusicpodcast.com/allan-holdsworth/
So, now, you should call him at 4 a.m. to tell him: "Allan, if you're not coming to guitarwank in 15 minutes i'm gonna cut my ..(you choose what)"
Seriously, i think he would enjoy it and have fun + he can promote his stuff. |

Unfortunately it's not that easy - Bruce doesn't live in LA, he lives in the bay area and only drives down when he teaches at USC. He won't be in town for Allan's gig on April 2nd and we don't want to interview Allan without him. The only way for Allan to be on the podcast is for him to come up to LA when Bruce is in town. Allan lives about 2 hours away from LA, so if he wants to make the drive, we'd love to have him on the show. |

Is that SF bay area and does that mean he drives that distance every week? That is pretty heavy i think. |

Yes, SF - it's a really long drive, but Bruce tells me it's a good time to do business on the phone and listen to music. |
