hello

i take it for granted when scoot talk about tone metters,

from round 2.6

''I kindly inform them that the Fender six screw bridge is a major part of what makes a Strat sound like a Strat. It's easy to change - the two holes can be plugged and a six screw bridge can be put on with no cosmetic problems '' .

thats refers for a better tone for stratocaster or maybe not better but
vintage or so.

what i didnt understand from what scott wrote is if it possible to install
a ''fender 6 screws bridge'' on a stratocaster with 2 holes type bridge?
is it giving the same effect? doesnt the rest of the mounted screws/holes which on vintage bridge have also an effect ?

that is more a technichal issue and i hope its o.k
to put it here in that forum.
