Hey Scott

When you pluck the notes in chords simultaneously with your right hand fingers, all of the notes come out balanced.

1. Is this something you had to work on?
2. Do you use right hand flesh or do you use nails?

Thanks Scott!

I use the fingertips, not nails - they're always cut really short. The notes come out balanced because I'm using a boost pedal, even if there's not much distortion. It adds a light compression and helps to keep everything even. It's not perfect - notes jump out from time to time, but it's far better than it would be with no pedal. If you want a balanced chord sound with no distortion, try a good compressor pedal.
