Hey Scott
I use pedals without presets like you. Sometimes I have parts in songs where I wish I could change the sound faster and I wish I didn't have to take my focus off of the guitar in order to step on 2 or 3 pedals.
Does this ever bother you?

Thanks Scott

Yes it bothers me, but I'd rather deal with that than pedals in loops. Most pedals are already buffered - when you add more buffers to your rig, it usually hurts the tone. My gear is much more natural sounding now than when I had a pedal drawer, miles of cable and buffers.
