Vibe Station is a great work of art. Dew Wat? and Festival are my favs.
I've been trying to get that killer sound with the Fuzz Factory pedal - you know the one you have on the lead for Festival?! Such a hip sound for lead. You had that on some TT tunes as well. I think Chick Corea was trying to use that sound as well. Me and guitar buddies describe it as kind of an R2D2 sound cutting out or losing signal. So hip for lead esp you make it sound great with those bends in Festival. Could you please divulge the Fuzz Factory settings for me? Thanks for all your excellent playing and writing!
Fuzz Factory's are all a little different, so the settings might vary a little bit. Vol about 10 o' clock, Gate off, Comp about 2 o'clock (this one is tricky, because it needs to be turned to the point where the pedal doesn't make noise by itself), Drive all the way up, Stab somewhere between 2 and 4 o'clock.
