Hi,
Hope the Namm was Nice...
The two SH RC, They are the same just in different color ?
I have just received mine in chrome and it's really really great !
So i think about my use of my Xotic AC+ which i won't need so much.
Scott, please, i didn't find in the topics, what do you think about other stuffs from Xotic?
They are a lot and they are great too.
I ask about the AC, AC+, SL drive, SP comp and the wah.
I am interested by your play along from the Vibe Station.
As i don't speak so well english, i want to know what means guitar charts?
Is that looks like Real Book score, i mean the main theme in key of G,
And the chords for the chorus?
Thanks

Same pedal, just two different colors.
I love Suhr guitars and amps, but I don't know much about their pedals. I've been using the same pedals for many years and I'm really happy with them. The only change in my pedalboard in over ten years was switching to the new RC Booster.
The Vibe Station play-along charts have notes on the staff as well as chord symbols. |

Scott, so I think he was asking your input on the other Xotic product line. The pedals (Ac, Ac+, SL drive, SP compressor) and the Xotic wah.
To the original poster, I really dig any pedal from Xotic that I have played. There are good videos out there and even some on the Xotic website.
Best,
Chris |

The only Xotic pedal besides the RC Booster that I've tried is the BB - I thought it sounded great but I'm so comfortable with the sound of the Maxon SD9 that no other pedal has made me want to change. I've tried a lot of distortion pedals and it's still on my pedalboard after about 15 years. I think that's also the same with Mike Landau.
Andy Timmons uses the BB and gets great tone with it. The bass on the BB is voiced a little higher than the bass on the SD-9, otherwise they sound very similar. |
