Hey Scott,

Just wondering if you've had the chance to play the Jim Kelly combo amp Suhr is putting out now.

I played one the other day and dug it, but obviously it's a different experience when playing with a live band or recording. I know they're expensive, but I sold some gear and can afford one...just curious if you have played it, if you have any insight on it positive or negative. I would also be recording with it using IR's...

I've tried it, but it was many years ago. I remember liking it, but came away with the opinion that it isn't as much a full range amp like Marshall or Fender, but it favors the mids a bit more, putting it closer to Dumble territory. I remember that it was a very fat sounding amp.
