Hi Scott,
In this video it looks like you are playing a Hot Rod Deville or Deluxe?

It is really nice to hear how much your tone is in your fingers/touch/attack. You don't seem to be using any of your normal gear.
Is this a a stock Hot Rod with the amp gain channel, or are you using the RC or SD-9?
I enjoyed hearing you play through a "house amp." Even though this is not your gigging tone, it is a nice a example that a basic Fender can sound very nice as long as you are playing something great through it!

Thanks, I'm pretty sure it's the clean channel of an HRD. I knew I was going to sit in, so I'm sure I brought a pedal, knowing how terrible the distortion channel of that amp sounds. Believe me, If I'd used it, you wouldn't be giving me compliments on my tone! I don't remember if I brought an RC or SD-9. The input of that amp isn't the clearest so it might be hard to tell the difference. Fun jam though - except I'm rushing as usual on a few of the 16th note lines. god dammit.
