I've been wondering about this since i first saw the album cover: who is Dr Hee and what's the story behind that character depicted in the artwork?
Kind of looks like Dr. Fu Manchu.
That guy should get his own movie.

That was the name I called my beagle sometimes, and I thought it would be a cool name for an album, but beagle artwork didn't seem to fit the music so we came up with that. Years later when I saw Kill Bill I thought "hey I know that guy!"
