"Nite Club" is a Gary Willis tune, and available in "The Gary Willis Collection"

Published in 1998, so it may be hard to find. If you want the Willis book but can't find it, email me and I'll sell it to you for $10 shipped in the USA or $15 shipped elsewhere.

I figured out the fixed solos (intro pt1 and pt2) but have no idea on the chords changes. I'm guessing something like Cm7b5/Gb changed to Bm7 but I wouldn't bet a dime on that! If anyone has the changes it would really help.
