Hey Scott, just curious if you've had a chance to try out the BE-OD pedal yet. It's getting good reviews and people are saying it's supposed to sound really close to "Real Amp" overdrive. It probably has WAY more overdrive than you'd need but I was just curious...

that pedal is very scooped sounding... very low mids, so maybe not the right choice...
but you should definitely check out the friedman smallbox amp! It's one of the best marshall style amps i've ever played - it ended my amp quest!
You can also get the smallbox as a 1x12 combo, it's 50 watts, and has a great master volume, and very transparent fx loop! could be the combo you are looking for Wink
