It's fun to see big bands playing non-traditional jazz. Back when I lived in South Florida I used to go see the University of Miami big band, and they always played a few Weather Report tunes. When I was playing with Zawinul, we got to play with the WDR big band in Germany - they played a whole concert of Joe's music and the bandleader did a great job arranging the music.
