I bought it off itunes. So far I have listened through it 3 times. It's awesome, not a dead second on it. Summer is saved.
Cheers |

I downloaded it yesterday from Cdbaby and listened once in the car, but looking forward to more attentive listenings. And can't wait to get the separate tracks and scores!!
Great job Scott, thank you! |

Btw, I can listen that you've used the Sound Toys plugins again, am I right? I love those, one can get really creative with them. |

Thanks for all the positive feedback on the album! 😄😄😄
To answer Alguitarist's question, yes I used Soundtoys again - I'm an addict. I didn't want to repeat anything I did on Vibe Station but that weird EchoBoy sound on Calhoun fit perfectly on Blue Heron Boulevard... Of course I used EchoBoy for the usual delays but I found some new stereo ones I really like such as "Dancing Plexi's" which I used on People Mover. I used Phase Mistress a lot on that one too.
I just can't believe all the amazing sounds you get from a 250 dollar bundle - it's like buying 1000 pedals! |

I had to register just to say thanks. Vibe Station when it came out became one of my absolute top 10 records of all time. I'm two listens into this one and I might like it even more. Just flabbergasted at all the layers, tones and not least the compositions. I always pick up a CD of Vibe Station when I go see you Scott (to support cause, not just the music one ) and I will continue to do this every time for the new one.
Thanks and congratulations on a monumental release! |

Peter I think Scott said it was a D' Angelico. Scott said in the latest GW episode. What a solo!
Like the Wayne Shorterish rhythms in the end also.
Scott, does the guitar at the beginning of People mover tell us "All aboard! It's the people mover"?
Sounds a bit like it!
Anyways, love the album. It makes me happy! |

The guitar on Satellite is a D'Angelico, but a cheap $600 one that I rented from True Tone Music. I bought a Sonntag, the same guitar I borrowed from Bruce for Chelsea Bride on Vibe Station, but it didn't arrive in time for the record.
Thanasis I don't quite understand your question, but All Aboard and People Mover were written as one tune. I just had it mastered with a cut between them, thinking that people might not want to hear spaceships taking off every time they want to hear the song. |

It was a bit of a silly question. The phrase at the beginning of people mover is like the guitar is singing "all aboard". Stupid joke, sorry
Yeah you can tell it lies on 1:50 on People mover and the hot chicks dont get in the way of the dense voicings! That all aboard moment is my favourite of the week. Sure I'll find another one soon. |

I received the CD. After having listened to the songs already on a YT playlist, not in correct order and brutally interrupted by adds, i had a first listen the way the album was intended. In a way it has that Tribal Tech feel to it probably due to the great arrangements. And apparently dubs were done but one would hardly believe this is a trio record. I love it! |

Yes, seriously great writing and playing.
I’m on my 4th listen and it keeps getting better as I hear recurring themes and start understanding the forms intellectually which are not A B A type forms.
We talked a bit about gentle giant and it has that same quality of composition. |
