Scott,

I read in another thread where you made the comment about probably no more covers albums because of the royalty payments (none!) which I fully understand when you're trying to make a living. I wanted to throw a what if question your way. You know those tribute albums where all star musicians play their favorite tracks of a certain band? What I was wondering was if you were asked to play on a tribute album for three of the bands that were influences of yours, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and Sly And The Family Stone, which track would you pick for each band's tribute album and why. Interested in what your picks would be..........Thanks.

That's a hard question since I love so many tunes from all three of those bands, but right off the top of my head I'd pick The Lemon Song, Lazy, and In Time.

Three great choices Scott. The Lemon Song kinda surprised me as one that I never would have thought of but a fantastic choice! Lazy was almost a gimme in my book for you and fits you perfectly. In Time is just an incredible track that shows Sly's great composing talent. Great choices all!
