Scott, did you use a suhr or a strat to record that album?
The clean tone is amazing and was just wondering about the gear to achieve it. _________________ If it's true that our species is alone in the universe, then I'd have to say the universe aimed rather low and settled for very little.
That's a 90's reissue issue 60's strat. On Dog Party I put Lindy Fralin Woodstock pickups in it, and on Tore Down House I used Suhr V60LP pickups. The guitar had a lot of flaws - I bought it because it was pretty light and played well, but it didn't sound great. Changing the pickups made all the difference.
